The notary office is in Warsaw's Ochota district , street: "Bitwy Warszawskiej 1920 r." nr 7a (central entrance, ground floor) inside the office building "Business Center Bitwy Warszawskiej". Upon entering through the central entrance the office is located just on the left.
Please mention at the reception You have come to the notary office. The building has it's own strip of road and is well prepared to receive disabled people requiring wheelchair transport. Please don't hesitate to contact us should You require any assistance getting in, we are always available and happy to help.
We provide wifi internet access to our guests, the building has visitor parking spots. In case no free visitor parking slots are available the streets in the vicinity have toll free parking. The notary will happily provide consultation free of charge, in regards to the conducted notary act, on the spot as well as via telephone or email.

The Notary is empowered to create acts to which the notarial form is required by law or acts to which sides want to bestow additional protection which the form of a notarial act provides. In regards to duties of the notarial office the notary is deemed a person of public trust, benefitting from protection granted a public official. Notarial acts created in accordance with the law are official documents treated equally to documents issued by applicable government agencies. Notarial acts may be conducted outside the notary office if the type of act or special circumstances warrant it.
Monika Ciesielska has completed her studies at the Warsaw University, gained access into the notaries legal corporation via the process of legal training and worked as an associate notary in Warsaw. Now, Monika Ciesielska heads her own notarial office established in 2013.
